For the Great Sailor Moon Redesign Contest
A colourful and playful costume for a colourful and playful lady! I had already had the hat/ribbon image in my head when I started her sketch. Her original hat/jacket colour was dark brown, but I realized that her uniform consists of a blue front bow, so I gave her that colour instead.
